Plotagraph + is an image animation app that brings your photos to life. You can easily animate your still images by plotting points and dragging them in the direction you wish your subject to be animated (see below screen grab).

By clicking the play button, you will see a preview of your animation. If it is not quite to your liking, you can edit or delete these points easily and add more if you would like to fine tune the animation further. Using anchor points, you can ‘fix’ certain areas of the image so that they are not affected by the animation. And you can also mask out larger areas to prevent any animation in those areas.
